Went shopping today at Fred Meyer during lunch and bought two pairs of capris, one pair of shorts, and two shirts all ONE SIZE SMALLER!!! Yahoo!!!! Everything fit (I didn't try them on until I got home but I had faith) with the exception of one of the shirts but 10 more pounds and it'll fit. So, it'll stay.

Just got a little more inspiration buying the new clothes.

Keep up the good work! Trying on clothes is always my reward for trying to be as healthy as I can.

Yeah, shopping becomes something that is fun instead of always defaulting to a new pair of tennis shoes.

In the two jump drill I've got the 1st jump up to 75% and the second jump up at 100%. I might stay here for just as a bit as some of the attempts are not as smooth as I feel they could be. Default behavior to wanting to jump bigger/extend over jump one which doesn't help jump two. It's coming along though.

Make sure you go in both directions (to the left and the right at #2) so Keeper doesn't end up with one beefed up side and one atrophied side :-) That's a bit extreme, but you get the idea...don't make him sore on one side! :)

Oops...didn't finish that and hit post comment too soon. Hated when that happens....

Anyway each step has two post turns and two fc, one per side before I move to the next step.

Yes, MUST MAKE DOG EQUAL. He already has a weak side due to the injury.

Yep, I'm loving it. It's kinda funny but you don't think of 13lbs as being that much until you compare it to something like a small turkey that you'd have for Thanksgiving. Then it sorta puts it all in perspective. Plus just losing that 13lbs I feel better already. Can't wait for the next 13...wonder how much better I'll feel then. :~)
