I got my BOSU ball yesterday. I got the ball and 5 DVD's with it for the same price of the ball. The DVD's are "BOSU long and lean", "BOSU absolutely abs", "Bosu Reacitive Strength and Power", "Bosu Equilibrium", and "Bosu calorie conbustion". I haven't looked at any of the DVD's but have got both of the dogs on it with the curved side up.
Nop like usual is very apprehensive about it but tonight I got him to put both of his front feet on it while I jackpotted him.

Keeper is much more trusting and I got him up today on it sitting and standing.

We'll see how this progresses with all 3 of us.

I love the Bosu ball for me and the boys. All three of mine can sit up on the rounded side. Got some antislip stickers for the flat side but I have found that is it a ton more difficult to get the boys on the flat side. I had to let a little bit of air out of it and am still working on it. It is all progressive. I use the round side also when I teach my class to get the dogs used to the ball.

Anyway, have fun with it. It has really helped my balance as well as Griffin's for Taekwondo. I love things that I can use for me and for the dogs. hehehehe

Mine only came with one DVD basic workout. You'll have to let me know if you like the others. I have the Fluidity bar for me as well and I love the workouts.

very Cool!. My sister has one at her house, and I have been intrigued by it. She does squats on it.
